Raye Jones

Raye Jones is an accomplished Mortgage Sales Training Manager at Orchard, where foundational curriculums are created to engage and prepare talent for the daily environment. With expertise in designing and facilitating training objectives using the ADDIE model, Raye applies insight into adult learning behaviors and practical approaches, leveraging tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, and Articulate (Rise) for professional learning experiences.
