David Levine

David Levine serves as Chief Operating Officer at Orchestra since March 2024, following a successful tenure as COO at BerlinRosen from July 2017 to March 2024. Previously, David was Deputy COO for Hillary for America from April 2015 to June 2017, where the presidential campaign grew significantly under management. Experience at The White House from March 2013 to March 2015 as Chief of Staff for the Office of Administration involved overseeing business operations and managing extensive staff and contractor teams. Earlier roles include National Operations Director for both Obama for America and the Democratic National Committee, where David directed nationwide operations and field initiatives. David also co-founded EZBands LLC, generating substantial revenue, and has held operations management roles in various political and consulting capacities. David holds a B.A. in Political Science with a focus on Advanced Leadership Studies from American University.
