Travis Daugherty currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Orchestry, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Travis was an Executive Member at Pavilion and the Head of Customer Experience at Pluto, where the focus was on empowering scientists through a cloud-based life sciences platform. Travis has also worked as a Customer Experience Coach for Catalyst Software and held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at LeadIQ, leading global support and customer success teams. Previously, Travis spent over eight years at Brandfolder by Smartsheet, progressing through various roles including Head of Customer Success, Professional Services & Support. Travis began the professional journey at N+FOB, contributing to substantial revenue generation within the Department of Defense, and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
