Maher Kabsi

Maher Kabsi is a member of the French Chartered Association of Certified Public Accountants, specializing in public sector audit and advisory across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Currently serving as Directeur de mission at ORCOM, Maher leads a team focused on audit and advisory engagements funded by international institutions. Previously, Maher held roles at BDO UK LLP and KPMG, and has extensively worked in the extractive sector, contributing to over 40 Independent Administrator reports for the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) in multiple countries. Maher holds multiple degrees in accounting and finance from institutions including Académie de Paris and iaelyon School of Management.
