ORConsulting is a psychology practice for business

All our consultants are clinical psychologists operating globally from bases in the UK and US.

Over two decades we’ve studied the way that individuals respond to corporate environments. We’ve worked in high pressure, challenging environments helping companies and organizations meet their strategic and operational objectives through the development of their people. We’ve advised organizations that are facing change and confronting challenges, often in high profile, sensitive areas.

We don’t believe in quick fixes to knock an organization into shape. Our aim is to help you see what’s going on beneath the surface, to recognize patterns and identify the way forward. Your way forward. Because one size never fits all.
