Carsten Bock is an Engineering Manager at orderbird, leading cross-functional teams in Berlin and Frankfurt to enhance ordering and payment features for over 17,000 food service businesses across Europe. Previously, Carsten co-founded Split Tech-Solutions, serving as CTO to develop innovative QR-code ordering solutions that aided the hospitality industry during the pandemic. Carsten holds a B.Sc. in Informatics and is pursuing a Master’s degree focused on IoT security, during which a research paper was presented at ACM ASIACCS 2019. Additionally, Carsten is the CEO of a consulting firm that specializes in supporting SMBs with digital transformations.
