Travis Thorson

Travis Thorson has worked in the tech industry since 2003. Travis'smost recent position is Onboarding Architect at Orderful, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Technical Lead - Managed Services at Data Masons Software, a position they held from 2017-2021. At SPS Commerce, they held three roles from 2003-2017: Manager of Retail Development, Solution Architect, and Application Engineer. As Manager of Retail Development, they managed an agile, multinational team of application engineers, quality engineers and business analysts. As Solution Architect, they worked closely with sales and sales engineers to define solutions for complicated and strategic implementations pre-sale. As Application Engineer, they developed a repeatable solution for splitting large data files, designed and developed a solution to read business analyst data transformation designs, and developed the first fully automated testing and certification platform.

Travis Thorson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Minnesota Duluth between 1999 and 2002.
