Industrial distributors process thousands of orders every week—from emails, faxes, phone calls, and handwritten POs. Every single one gets keyed into an ERP by hand.

It's slow. It's error-prone. And it doesn't scale.

OrderMatic changes that.

We turn unstructured orders into clean ERP entries automatically. Our AI reads the email, interprets the fax, deciphers the handwriting—and enters the order into your system in seconds instead of minutes.

What we do:
• Convert emails, PDFs, faxes, and handwritten POs into structured ERP entries
• Integrate with legacy systems, including Epicor Prophet 21
• Handle complex orders with multiple line items and custom pricing
• Flag exceptions for human review instead of guessing

Who we serve:
B2B distributors in automotive/trucking parts, plumbing and electrical supply, industrial fasteners, safety equipment, and other high-volume verticals.

Our philosophy:
This isn't about replacing your team. It's about freeing them from busywork so they can focus on customers, relationships, and growth. Your best people shouldn't spend their days copying numbers into boxes.

OrderMatic gives distributors the capacity to process more orders, with fewer errors, without adding headcount.
