Richard Carter

Richard Carter is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the payments and hospitality sectors. Currently, Richard serves as Founder and CEO of Lopay, a highly regarded non-contract payment acceptance platform, since January 2022. Additionally, Richard is Co-Founder and Chairman of OrderPay, the UK's leading mobile ordering and payment provider for hospitality, launched in September 2017. Prior roles include Vice President at Ecrebo Limited, where Richard focused on channels and strategic alliances, and a Loyalty Consultant at Shell Oil Company. Richard's career began at Accenture, where Richard managed large-scale projects in CRM and ERP system deployments for nearly nine years. Richard holds a BA Hons in Economics and Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
