Mark Dager

Mark Dager currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategy & Payments at OrderPort since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mark served as a Senior Associate at Waud Capital Partners from August 2022 to September 2025, specializing in software and technology private equity. Mark's experience also includes a role as Associate at AGC Partners, focusing on technology mergers and acquisitions from July 2020 to July 2022. Earlier in Mark's career, experiences included positions as an Investment Banking Analyst at GCM Grosvenor and as a Hedge Fund Research Summer Analyst, along with internships at Seabrook Partners LLC and Morgan Stanley in wealth management. Mark began his professional journey as a Growth and Brand Ambassador for Morning Brew. Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and participated in a Spring Exchange Semester at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid.
