OrderUp is revolutionising the food delivery industry with our groundbreaking fair-fee model that benefits all stakeholders in the ecosystem. As a mission-driven alternative to traditional food delivery platforms, we're committed to creating a more equitable and transparent experience for restaurants, consumers, and delivery drivers alike.

At OrderUp, we've reimagined the economics of food delivery. Our innovative approach charges restaurants just 4% commission—a fraction of the industry standard 37%—allowing local businesses to maintain profitability while expanding their reach. We've eliminated service fees for consumers, ensuring transparent pricing and greater value. Just as important, our drivers receive 100% of their earnings, creating sustainable livelihoods in the gig economy.

We believe that food delivery should empower communities, not extract from them. OrderUp was founded to address the growing discontent with existing platforms that squeeze restaurants with prohibitive fees, burden consumers with hidden costs, and undervalue essential delivery workers. We're building a movement that proves convenience doesn't have to come at the expense of fairness.

Whether you're a restaurant looking to grow profitably, a consumer seeking better value, or a driver wanting fair compensation, OrderUp offers a better way forward. We're rapidly expanding across markets as more stakeholders recognise the benefits of our equitable model.

Connect with us to learn how OrderUp is transforming food delivery through transparency, community support, and fair economics. Together, we're not just delivering food—we're delivering change.
