Even the most successful Brands struggle with disruption caused by Unauthorized Resellers. Our proven process uses a combination of Serial Tracking, Mystery Test Buying and Machine Learning algorithms to connect all the dots to stop Gray Market issues at the source:

UNDERSTAND – Get visibility of Gray Market activity impacting your brand. Which Unauthorized Resellers are stealing your Buy Box, how much they are selling, what inventory are they holding and what disruption are they causing. You’ll understand the dollar impact of unauthorized sales and your annualized lost margin.

EXPOSE – Who is damaging your Brand? Get granular detail on the Authorized Partners allowing product to flow to Unauthorized Resellers - enabling price and margin disruption. Expose where and who the goods were shipped from/to and quantify the damage each Authorized Partner is causing.
