Michael Broadhead

Michael Broadhead has extensive work experience in various roles related to cloud computing and technical support. Michael started their career in 2006 as a UAV Operator in the British Army and served until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at SpeechWrite Digital, progressing to roles such as Senior Technical Support Engineer, Operations Manager, and Sales Executive. In 2017, they joined The Open University as a student and continued their studies until 2023. In 2018, they joined ORdigiNAL and held positions including Technical Pre Sales Engineer, Senior Technical Pre Sales Engineer, Cloud Architect, Head of Cloud Strategy & Architecture, and currently as Head of Cloud, Services & Support.

Michael Broadhead pursued their education at The Open University from 2017 to 2023, where they obtained a degree in Computing & IT with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Bristnall Hall High School from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, Michael has achieved various certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and several others.
