Vice President Of Client Services at Ordway

Max Rosenberg has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Max began their career as an Intern at Social Entrepreneur Corps in 2010. Max then worked as a Writer/Intern at Business Insider in 2013, where they pitched, researched, and wrote numerous articles. In the same year, they joined Accenture as a Management Consulting Analyst/Senior Analyst, where they worked on various projects related to business operations and process improvement.

At Accenture, Max eventually became a Management Consultant, leading operations for a federal agency-wide travel system and managing cross-functional teams. Max also worked directly with customers to identify opportunities for improvement. In 2018, Max started a personal blog called "Putt in Your Notice," which documented their golf journey and encouraged others to pursue their passions.

In 2019, Max co-founded and served as the CEO of Spin Labs, Inc., a role they held until 2020. As CEO, they were responsible for the overall management and direction of the company.

Most recently, Max worked at Ordway - Billing and Revenue Automation, where they held multiple roles. Max started as a Customer Success Manager in 2020 and was promoted to Director of Client Services and Customer Success in 2021. In this position, they led the Customer Success, Client Services, Professional Services, and Implementation teams. Max collaborated with executives from various departments to improve processes and operations. Max also developed and executed strategies to expand existing client revenue and was responsible for renewals and expansions. Currently, Max serves as the Senior Director of Client Services and Customer Success at Ordway.

Max Rosenberg has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, with a focus on History (Business and Economic Cultures) and a Markets and Management Certificate. Max also holds a Master of Management Studies degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, with a specialization in Foundations of Business.
