Sheetal Chandy

Sheetal Chandy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sheetal currently works at Ordway - Billing and Revenue Automation as a People Operations Manager and Executive Assistant. In this role, they contribute to the transformation of sales-to-finance workflow through innovations in usage-based contracts and automation in billing and revenue recognition.

Prior to their current role, Sheetal worked at Welldercare as an Administration and Operations Manager, where they demonstrated their organizational and managerial skills. Sheetal also served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO during their time at Welldercare.

Earlier in their career, Sheetal gained experience as an Executive Assistant to the President at CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd, an innovative logistics company, where they ensured efficient operations and accurate asset delivery on a global scale.

Sheetal has also held the position of Executive Assistant cum HR Manager at SPACEWOOD Furnishers Pvt Ltd, where they managed administrative tasks and HR responsibilities.

In addition, they worked as an Admin and Operations Manager at Intalia Pizzeria, a Salon Manager at Enrich Salon, and an Administration Manager at Unicorn Safety Systems. These roles allowed their to develop their managerial and operational skills.

Sheetal's early career experience includes serving as Deputy Manager Operations at Osia Multiplex.

Sheetal Chandy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Mumbai, from 1996 to 1998. Sheetal then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services at the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai, from 2022 to 2024.
