The Ore Industrial Park is a public private partnership initiative between Ondo state government and Hessmac Industry Limited. It is an organized territory of 1000 hectares secureD with 30MW independent power plant (expandable to 120MW), infrastructure, administration and legal conditions. It is technically secure for manufacturing, production, creation of 80,000 estimated local employments and managed by Hessmac Industry Limited. 

The development of the industrial park is not only limited to the construction of factories but also provides necessary amenities and infrastructure such as road, power, telecom, water, shopping mall, banking etc. It will also benefit from government services such as custom, immigration, ministry of environment, etc making it a one-stop shop. 1000 hectares of economic zoned land for SMEs and Multinationals. Industrial and Agro processing Manufacturers’ can now access premium land with all necessary amenities including power and access to market to drive their businesses and investments. 

The Ore Industrial Park is one of the very few Industrial park starting out with a fully installed tri-fuel 30MW turbine Power Plant installed on 9 hectares of land Individuals and business owners can take advantage and participate either directly by setting up or relocating their factories to the park or indirectly by investing into ideas, business models and industries that would be set up by the park managers.
