Ben Hutchen

Ben Hutchen is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Orega since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Group Head of Property at Reflex Managed Offices and Clarendon Business Centres from July 2017 to November 2021. Ben established Avison Young's agency business in the UK as Principal from August 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities included creating and implementing the business plan as well as managing recruitment and marketing campaigns. Earlier in the career, Ben was a Partner and Head of Central London Tenant Representation at Strutt & Parker from November 1998 to July 2014, advising a range of clients including property companies and investors. Ben Hutchen completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Urban Property Surveying at Northumbria University from 1994 to 1998 after attending Blundell's School in Devon from 1988 to 1993.
