Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips is the current Director at Oregon Bioscience. Michael has also been a part of the Oregon Bioscience Association, Software Association of Oregon, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, and the Oregon Biotechnology Association. Out of all their companies, they were with the Oregon Biotechnology Association for the longest, being a member from January 1998 to December 2009. Michael was also Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Pacific Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine, Inc. from October 1996 to December 1996 where they were responsible for all legal issues, including SEC and healthcare compliance.

Michael Phillips has a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
