Tim Brown

Tim Brown is the current Director at Oregon Bioscience. Tim has over 20 years of experience in the field of biotechnology and has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Brown started their career as a supplier for Intel, where they worked for six years. Tim then transitioned to Currie and Brown, where they worked as a Divisional Director for seven years. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of engineers and procurement professionals.

Brown then moved to Genentech, where they spent 14 years in various leadership roles. Tim was eventually promoted to Vice President and General Manager, Head of Materials Management. In this role, they were responsible for the operations of the Hillsboro Manufacturing Site. Tim oversaw a budget of over $100 million and managed a team of over 500 employees.

After 14 years at Genentech, Brown left to join Vir Biotechnology as a Visiting Scientist. In this role, they worked with the Children's Cancer Therapy Development Institute for five months.

Brown then joined Oregon Bioscience as the Director. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's research and development efforts.
