Cathy Wright

Cathy Wright is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant at the Oregon Convention Center since April 2023. Previously, Cathy worked at Spirit Mountain Casino from May 1998 to February 2022, where roles included Marketing Manager and Corporate Communications & Group Sales Specialist. As Marketing Manager, Cathy managed marketing operations for events and promotions while overseeing the group sales team for external conferences and conventions. In the role of Corporate Communications & Group Sales Specialist, Cathy was responsible for public-facing programs, group sales management, and strengthening community engagement through sponsorship and tradeshow participation. Cathy studied at Chemeketa Community College from 1996 to 1998.
