Stacy Hoefer

Stacy Hoefer is an experienced real estate broker with a background in both property management and real estate investing, active since May 2012 with Oregon First Inc. and Washington First Properties. Stacy's real estate career is complemented by extensive experience managing rental properties and investing in renovations and sales of properties in the Portland and Beaverton areas. Prior to entering real estate, Stacy worked in journalism as a reporter and photographer for various television stations, including KIMA-TV and KAAL-TV, and held a business development manager position at Continental Marketing. Stacy holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Video Journalism and Marketing from Bethany Lutheran College and has completed courses in web design at The Art Institutes.
