Lara Teston

Lara Teston is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership across various industries and regions. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Europe at Oregon Tool since July 2019, Lara has previously held significant roles including Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA at NSF International and HR Manager at Alstom Transport. With prior experience at Eastman Kodak in several capacities including HR Director for Belgium and Global SHARED Services Manager for the BENELUX and EAMER regions, Lara has established a comprehensive skill set in human resources management, training, and staff development. Lara's educational foundation includes a Master’s degree from Ichec Brussels Management School, complemented by studies at Institut Saint Louis.
