Stephen Purves

Stephen Purves, CPA, CMA, is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and corporate finance. Currently serving as Controller at Oregon Tool since December 2022, Stephen previously held the position of Manager of Corporate Finance and Senior Financial Analyst at Hammond Power Solutions. With a tenure at Linamar Corporation from 2000 to 2020, Stephen progressed through roles such as Accounting Manager and Group Controller, managing sizable teams and overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reporting, and compliance. Stephen's expertise includes budget forecasting, variance analysis, and improving financial management processes.
