Barry O'Reilly has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Barry is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Incubation Officer at Nobody Studios, where they are focused on launching 100 businesses in the next five years. At Nobody Studios, they aim to de-risk pre-seed stage business ideas by validating repeatable and scalable models with minimum time, speed, and capital investment.

Barry O'Reilly is also the Founder of Outlier Venture Partners, where they started in October 2015. Barry is also the host of the Unlearn Podcast, which encourages individuals to think differently and act differently to achieve excellence. Barry uses the insights from extraordinary individuals to provide actionable strategies for personal and professional growth.

Additionally, Barry O'Reilly is the Founder of ExecCamp, a position they have held since October 2015. Barry is also a bestselling author of "Unlearn: Let Go of Past Success to Achieve Extraordinary Results," published by McGraw-Hill in November 2018.

Prior to their current roles, Barry O'Reilly has worked as a faculty member at Singularity University, a bestselling author at O'Reilly Media, and a member of the Executive Advisory Board at AgileCraft (acquired by Atlassian). Barry has also held positions as a Principal at ThoughtWorks, a Consultant at the World Health Organization, and a Business Systems and Development Manager at Elmtree Consulting.

Barry O'Reilly completed their education at Technological University Dublin from 1997 to 2001. During this period, they pursued a degree in Business Information Systems and Management, with a focus on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
