Devarajan Chinnusamy

Devarajan Chinnusamy has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 1984. Devarajan began their career at URC Construction (P) Ltd as a Foreman, Supervisor, and Management Trainee under the founder, Shri. U. R. Devarajan then moved up to Managing Director and Executive Director roles, where they were responsible for spreading the capabilities and potential of the company across TN and Karnataka, and gained valuable insight into the principles of HR, Finance, Banking, and Branding.

In 2010, they became a Member Board of Directors at the Institute For Lean Construction Excellence (ILCE), a premier institute in India for Lean Construction, its propagation and its application. In 2011, they took on the role of Vice Chairman at TEXVALLEY - Erode Textile Mall Pvt Ltd.

In 2013, they became the Managing Director of Five P Venture - Sustainable Clothing & Textiles. In 2014, they founded and became the Vice Chairman of Olirum Erodu Foundation.

In 2016, they became the Managing Director of OREOPS Low Code Platform, a platform to build modern apps for brands that want more. Lastly, in 2020, they became the Chairman & Managing Director of Tactive Software Systems, a product-oriented IT company marked as a pioneer in the construction ERP.

Devarajan Chinnusamy attended Annamalai University from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree. Devarajan continued their studies at Annamalai University from 1982 to 1984, where they obtained a ME Structural Engineering degree.
