Grégory Gillard

Grégory Gillard is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Lead ITSM Excellence Center at ORES since September 2018, Grégory has focused on enhancing IT services through the implementation of key ITIL processes, including Change and Incident Management, while establishing dedicated teams and improving organizational structures. Prior to this role, Grégory owned L'Apérologue, specializing in wine and spirit sales and tastings. At VOO, Grégory served as NOC Manager from 2007 to 2018, where responsibilities included the establishment of a 24/7 Network Operation Center, incident management, and change management processes. Grégory's career began with roles as a NOC engineer at Netmanagement, IT Technical team leader at Econocom, and System Administrator at Trasys, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
