OreScanner delivers real-time raw material intelligence for the mining and mineral processing industry.

🛰️ Sensor-based systems measure raw material quality directly on conveyors, feeders, and crushers — providing live data on key properties such as CaCO₃, MgCO₃ content, clay contamination, and production parameters like whiteness. This enables faster, automated decisions for sorting, blending, and feed control before materials reach downstream processes.

OreScanner solutions integrate into existing operations by leveraging current ore handling infrastructure — including conveyors, screens, and logistics systems. The result: better recovery, less waste, and more stable product quality, all without excessive capital investment.

The technology is used by mid-sized and large producers across Europe, particularly in:
• Lime and cement manufacturing
• Industrial minerals (e.g. talc, silica, gypsum, fillers)
• Quarry-based raw material processing

Core capabilities include:
• Real-time composition analysis
• Orebody mineralogical mapping for resource planning and extraction
• Sensor-based sorting and waste rejection
• Automated blending and process optimization

🎯 Whether the goal is improving kiln performance, enhancing product quality, or extending quarry life, OreScanner equips teams with the data they need to act with confidence — every shift, every ton.
