The OREXIM Group of Companies іstarted its activity as a small trading company founded in 2004. Over the past years, the group's business has been transformed into a holding operating in the field of infrastructure, logistics and financial activities.

In 2019, the "Orexim" Group sold 75% of the shares of "Mykolaiv Milling Works" ("MMW") to Posco International. At present, "Orexim" and Posco are co-owners of "MMW" and are successfully developing this bisiness.

In 2020, the "Orexim" Group of Companies sold 100% of share capital of the bulk terminal "Everi" LLC, which is one of the largest in the world in terms of one-time storage of vegetable oil, to the agricultural company "Viterra B.V." (Ex "Glencore").
In 2020, the Orexim Group established an investment fund, the main purpose of which is to invest in various areas of the Ukrainian economy.

Today, Orexim is a successful investment company in partnership with leading global corporations, as well as Ukrainian and international banks.

The company has offices in several cities of Ukraine, as well as abroad.
Orexim Group is a member of the GAFTA and FOSFA organizations.
