Izzy Fenwick

Izzy Fenwick is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in climate action, design, and strategic communications. Currently serving as a Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation since March 2025, Izzy has held multiple roles at The Aotearoa Circle, including Board Member, Emerging Director, and Engagement Director, since April 2021. As a Guest Lecturer at Auckland University of Technology, Izzy teaches the Climate Action course, integrating various disciplinary insights into addressing climate change. As a Co-Founder of FENWICK since January 2022, Izzy focuses on connecting emerging talent with organizations to foster impactful change. Additionally, Izzy is a NEXT Fellow with the NEXT Foundation, promoting intergenerational leadership, and the Founder of Futureful, emphasizing value-based decision-making. Previous experience includes roles as an Experience Designer and Sustainability Design Principal at DNA Design, and brand and communication roles at Les Mills International. Izzy holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Massey University and a Diploma in Modern Psychology from The Mind Academy.
