Sameer Patil

Sameer Patil is the Director of the Centre for Security, Strategy and Technology at the Observer Research Foundation, where their work concentrates on the intersection of technology and national security, including cybersecurity. They serve on the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Cybersecurity and the RUSI UK’s Global Partnership for Responsible Cyber Behaviour Advisory Board, and advise at the Naval War College in Goa. Sameer has previously worked at the National Security Council Secretariat and has authored multiple publications, including "Securing India in the Cyber Era." They hold a PhD and MPhil in international politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
