Dimitris Nikolouzos

Dimitris Nikolouzos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Dimitris is currently an Engineering Manager at Orfium, where they are responsible for matching and annotating recordings and compositions, enriching data from third-party sources, and analyzing and designing the future of Music Standards. Prior to this, they held a similar position at Orfium, where they also mentored a development team and performed evaluations to foster individual growth.

Before joining Orfium, Dimitris worked as a Tech Lead at Pricefox.gr, where they directed and supported software design and implementation, architecting applications, and overseeing all IT operations, staff, and infrastructure.

Dimitris also worked as a Manager of Application Team at LG CNS Greek Branch, where they managed application development and production support teams, created studies and implementation designs, and optimized support processes.

Dimitris's earlier experience includes roles at INTERAMERICAN, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer, Team Leader, and Scrum Master. In these positions, they designed and optimized features of a unified insurance platform, led a development team, and mentored team members. Dimitris also developed features for policy, claims, and payments modules, supported production for Property And Casualties branches, trained and led new co-workers, and designed and developed a reinsurance module using Java.

Prior to INTERAMERICAN, Dimitris worked at SYNTAX IT Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, Team Lead, and Scrum Master.

Dimitris began their career as an Assistant Supervisor in Laboratories at Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Mesolonghiou, where they answered questions, taught, and assisted in the development of a student testing application (e-learning system).

Dimitris Nikolouzos obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Informatics in Management & Economy from Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Mesolonghiou, between 2004 and 2010.
