Thilan Herath

Thilan Herath currently serves as the Director of People of Culture for Orfium since April 2023, after a significant tenure at Adelanka (PVT) LTD from March 2015 to April 2023, where Thilan held various roles including Head of People & Culture and Finance, as well as Manager and Assistant Manager in HRM & Administration. Thilan's career began as an HRM & Admin Junior Executive at EFutures Private Limited and extended to positions at the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society and Perera & Sons Bakers (Pvt.) Ltd. Academic qualifications include multiple Master of Business Administration degrees in Talent Management from VERN' University and the University of South Brittany, along with a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colombo. Additionally, Thilan holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Colombo and qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Human Resources Management Institute.
