Michael Flahive

Michael Flahive currently serves as Associate Director of Program Management at Organic, starting in November 2023, following a lengthy tenure at BAREFOOT where the role of Associate Director Program Management was held for over eleven years. Michael also held various management positions at BAREFOOT, including Program Supervisor and Senior Project Manager, where notable achievements included leading a multi-disciplinary team to develop Procter & Gamble's first scaled multi-brand rewards program and managing annual budgets between $3 to $5 million. Previous experience includes project management roles at Modea, Apple Retail, and OTAir mobile messaging, as well as a marketing internship and field representative position at Tidewater Events, Inc. Michael graduated from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business with a degree in Marketing and Management in December 2008.
