Ryan Stoneberg

Ryan Stoneberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, sales, and engineering management. Currently serving in dual roles as Operations and Sales at OrganiShield since May 2024 and as President of Bravo Precision since March 2023, Ryan also acts as a Venture Partner at Blacktip Ventures, which focuses on commercialization of innovative concepts through funding and manufacturing development. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing at Sharklet Technologies from January 2017 to February 2023, and was President at 10x MicroStructures from May 2003 to December 2016. Ryan's early career included a role as Engineering Manager at Rambus from May 2010 to May 2012. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hope College between 1998 and 2002.
