Gervase Bushe

Gervase Bushe is an organization development scholar and consultant with extensive experience in leadership and training. They have served as a Professor of Leadership and Organization Development at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University since 1983 and continue to hold editorial board positions for the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and the Organization Development Review. As the owner of Clear Learning Ltd., Gervase offers transformational training rooted in the Clear Leadership model. Additionally, they co-founded the Bushe-Marshak Institute for Dialogic Organization Development and serve as a Visiting Fellow at Roffey Park Institute.
