Jody Saffert is an accomplished leader specializing in organizational effectiveness and people-centered change. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Organization Effectiveness at Wellstar, Jody focuses on enhancing leadership performance and aligning strategies to improve patient outcomes. With prior experience as Director of People & Organizational Development at St. Charles Health System and Director of Organization Development & Effectiveness at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, Jody has a strong background in talent development and continuous improvement. Jody holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Metropolitan State University and a Master’s in Human Resource & Change Leadership from the University of Saint Thomas, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Walden University.
