Organizational Support Services (OSS) is a company of independent thinkers driven by a vision to promote sustainable living practices and save natural resources. Our unique team of marketing innovators and operational/logistical experts helps us bring both creativity and precision to efficiency programs for energy-efficiency program sponsors across the United States. At the core, we are optimists who challenge common perceptions, outdated assumptions, and claustrophobic rules. If you can imagine it, we can get it done!

Since our formation in 1990, OSS has built a strong reputation for developing unique promotional programs and effective delivery systems. Our clients, who include some of the nation's leading utility companies, have called on OSS to help customize and implement a wide range of energy efficiency programs.

We take pride in being:
Effective. We get the job done right and we get it done fast. OSS has a proven track record of developing and running programs that meet utility targets on time.

Creative. We consistently generate new ideas and always approach problems with fresh thinking. We think there’s no reason to keep doing things the same old way.

Responsive. If we get new information or find a way to improve on what we’re doing, we change. OSS will adjust target groups or tactics to ensure your program is as successful as possible.

Accountable. We keep you informed by continuously tracking and reporting on our progress.
