Mark Hardmon

Mark Hardmon, PMP has over 30 years of work experience in various companies. Mark currently serves as the Senior Director of the Program Management Office at Organogenesis since August 2020. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2020, Mark worked at Integra LifeSciences where they held multiple roles, including Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives and Program Management. In this role, they successfully led and coordinated major program deliverables, resulting in significant cost savings for the corporation. Mark also served as the Director of Program Management, responsible for managing product development for the Neurosurgery Division. Mark implemented Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and revitalized project management capabilities, leading to successful product launches and supporting multi-generation portfolio planning. Before joining Integra LifeSciences, Mark worked at BD as the Manager of Project Management from 2006 to 2008. Mark also held senior-level positions at Vanguard Networks and Vanguard Managed Solutions, serving as the Sr. Director of Program Management and Director of Project Management, respectively. Earlier in their career, Mark worked as a Technical Product Manager/Program Manager at American Science & Engineering and as a Production Manager at Philips Medical Systems formerly Hewlett Packard Medical Products. Mark started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems. Mark's extensive experience spans various industries and includes strong program and project management skills.

Mark Hardmon, PMP has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. In addition to their degrees, Mark holds several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2019. Mark also has a Project Management Certification from the International Institute for Learning, earned in October 2007. Furthermore, Mark has a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, which they obtained in June 2020.
