Andre J. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and technology management within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as the Global Director of Technology & Design for Organon Engineering Solutions, Andre has previously held positions such as Associate Director of Business Case Development and Associate Director of Engineering PDM at MSD Nederland, as well as Process Lead and Systems Manager/Project Manager for packaging equipment at MSD. Andre began a career in engineering at Schering-Plough as Coordinator of Building & Installation Engineering Services and advanced as Section Leader of the Manufacturing Technology Department Packaging at ORGANON NV. Andre holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed additional training at NVC Gouda in 2006.
