David Schell, MBA, is an experienced packaging technology professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within the packaging industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Packaging Technology at Organon since June 2021, David previously held the same title at Merck and played a pivotal role in supporting food packaging initiatives at SupplyOne, Inc. and leading global packaging efforts at Campbell Soup Company. David’s educational background includes an MBA in Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor's of Science in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Throughout the career, David has demonstrated expertise in packaging development, project management, and team leadership across multiple consumer product categories.
