Eric Chong, CPA (Aust.), currently serves as the Associate Director FP&A Lead for Asia Pacific & Japan at Organon since December 2023. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Finance Manager (FP&A) for the Asia Region at AbbVie from June 2020 to November 2023 and worked as a Senior FP&A Analyst for Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines at Allergan from November 2018 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes managing financial planning and analysis at Tessa Therapeutics Ltd and holding various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Eric progressed to the position of Assistant Manager. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and Economics from Monash University, completed in 2011.
