Gerard Devlin

Gerard Devlin has extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property litigation and employment/benefits law. Gerard currently holds the position of Vice President at Organon since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Merck from 2001 to 2021, holding various roles such as Managing Counsel for intellectual property litigation, litigation, and patents. Gerard also worked as a Senior Attorney, Assistant Counsel, and Counsel at Merck during this time. Before joining Merck, Gerard worked as an Associate at Arnold White & Durkee from 1997 to 2001.
