Michael Luff

Michael Luff serves as the Associate Director at Organon since June 2021, following an extensive career at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK from April 1993 to May 2021. At Toyota, Michael held various managerial positions, including Section Manager for the Lean Management Centre, where responsibilities included developing a learning center to promote lean principles. As Section Manager for Engineering and Project Kaizen, Michael was involved in machinery design and enhancing the Toyota Production System (TPS) across multiple plants in Europe. Additional roles included collaboration with TPS groups in Turkey and Poland focused on improving processes and workforce development. Michael's career began at Heywood Williams Windows as a window manufacturer, contributing to skill development in manufacturing environments.
