Robert Herdzik

Robert Herdzik currently serves as the Executive Director of the Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence at Organon, a position held since June 2021. With a long tenure at Merck beginning in 2001, Robert has held various leadership roles, including Director of Discovery Analytics, Director of Global Chemical Planning, Global Process Steward for Supply Planning, and Sr. Business Lead/Project Manager for Supply Planning, where responsibilities included the development and deployment of standard planning processes using SAP APO. Prior to these roles, Robert managed supply planning for Merck's formulation and packaging sites in Puerto Rico as a Regional Planning Manager. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Gannon University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
