Robert Stemplinger is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices, including more than 25 years in leadership and project management roles. Currently, Robert serves as the Executive Director, Head of Programming and Clinical Data Analytics at Organon, following positions such as Executive Director of Statistical Programming at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. and Senior Director at ICON Clinical Research. Robert has established departments dedicated to implementing CDISC standards and has extensive experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in clinical trials and global corporate procedures. They earned a BS in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
