Tim G. has extensive experience in legal operations with a focus on patent management and data intelligence. Currently serving as Associate Director of Legal Operations and Data Intelligence at Organon since February 2021, Tim supports the General Counsel's Chief of Staff and various data stakeholders to enhance efficiencies within the Office of General Counsel. Prior to this, Tim held roles at Merck from July 2010 to June 2021, including Specialist in Patent Docket, where responsibilities included managing the quality control of a global patent portfolio. Tim's earlier experience includes positions at Ropes & Gray LLP, Atwood & Cherny, P.C., and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Law from Suffolk University.
