Vicky Sands

Vicky Sands is an experienced Human Resources Director with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the UK, Ireland, and Indonesia at Organon since March 2024, Vicky leads HR initiatives for diverse operational areas, including manufacturing and R&D, while also managing the European Works Council. Previously held roles include Human Resources Director for Organon in Northern Europe and Israel, HR Lead at MSD, and HR Director for Gulf regions at Sanofi. Vicky's extensive experience encompasses strategic HR management, talent and workforce planning, employee relations, and industrial relations, with a focus on implementing successful HR models. Vicky holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Northumbria University.
