Wayne Chen

Wayne Chen is an experienced leader in clinical pharmacology and translational medicine, currently serving as Executive Director and Early Clinical Development Lead at Organon since November 2023. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Director of Clinical Pharmacology at Myovant Sciences from April 2022 to July 2023. Wayne's experience also includes serving as Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology at AbbVie from May 2020 to April 2022, and at Allergan from July 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities encompassed both associate director and senior scientist roles. Wayne's academic background includes two postdoctoral fellowships in Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics and Clinical Development at the University of Southern California, completed between January 2014 and January 2016.
