Cathy Wright

Cathy Wright, PCC, is a leadership coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. They currently serve as the President of New Ground Consulting Group, where they guide clients from C-suite executives to small business owners in fostering high levels of employee engagement and executing strategic plans. As an adjunct faculty member and leadership coach at American University and the Center for Creative Leadership, Cathy provides hands-on learning experiences to aspiring leaders. Their prior roles include serving as a Regional Public Affairs Manager at Miller Brewing Company and leading significant change initiatives at Overland Resource Group. Cathy holds a Certificate of Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and continues to write extensively on topics of collaboration and organizational change.
