Mike Hunter

Mike Hunter is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in organizational development and change management. Since 1997, Mike has served as President of Overland Resource Group, where expertise in tailoring change interventions has driven client success. Additionally, Mike co-founded Mocaworks in 2008 to enhance enterprise collaboration through the reuse of "tribal knowledge." As the founder and President of Lightspeed Learning, Mike has established an internationally recognized leader in change management consulting and training material development. Previously, Mike held the role of President at The Belgard Group, spearheading innovative consulting campaigns. Mike holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Oregon.
